Temporary Assistant, Distribution Services, Bancassurance (Contract till Feb 2017)

Location: HK-HongKong-HKG006-One Bay East, 83 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong

Job Duties
  • Handling new application & FNA pre-screening 
  • Payment reconciliation 
  • Handling new business & policy servicing case submission logsheet 
  • FNA data capturing to bank distributors 
  • Preparing new application document and policy servicing documents submission to IFP operations
  • Preparing outgoing documents & policy contract delivery 


Experience & Qualifications
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in individual insurance industry/in Bancassurance is preferable
  • Customer services experience is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Ensure quality and effective service delivery
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • PC literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
