Assistant Administrative Officer/Administrative Officer, Office Services
Location: HK-HongKong-HKHO-22/F., Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon
This role is to provide full spectrum of administrative support to internal clients and ensure quality service delivery.
> Provide full spectrum of office administration duties including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of equipment, keeping inventory records, billing settlement
> Assist in monitoring supporting staff
> Handle correspondence independently
> Handling of phone calls via hotline
> Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
> Degree / Higher Diploma holders preferred in Administration Management / Business Management
> At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in sizable company
> Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
> Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
> Basic people skills
> Well organized and attentive to details
> Mature, independent and good interpersonal skill
