Guest Services Officer | Hong Kong - The Landmark

Location: Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong


  • Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out of hotel guests
  • Provide information to any guest inquiry
  • Provides prompt courteous & efficient handling of incoming calls and assistance for out going calls,


  • Minimum 1 year experience of Front Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and serivce oriented
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
