Guest Services Officer – Front Office (Native Mandarin Speaker) | Hong Kong - The Landmark

Location: Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the accurate, professional and efficient check-in and check-out of hotel guests
  • Provide information to guest inquiry
  • Handle the incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency

Requirements:-

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • With work experience in Front Office in China is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Mandarin is the mother tongue and fluent in English
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
