Customer Care Officer (Full Time/ Part Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer enquiry in a professional manner
  • Conduct follow up outbound calls to customers to ensure high quality customer service
  • Ensure customer queries are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Perform shift duties

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  • Mature
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese & English, Putonghua
  • Good PC knowledge and typing skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in baby product is an advantage.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Care Officer
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
