Our client is the leading distributor of cosmetics & fragrance brands in APAC. Consistently making their brands are synonymous with timeless beauty and glamour. To cope their fast expansion in HK, they are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team

about the role

  • Assume full responsibility for the sales operations in Macau with aim at maximizing the sales volume
  • Plan, initiate and execute promotions to ensure the sales target in on track
  • Cultivate strong relationship and drive profitable growth with the assigned account
  • Take ownership of forecasts and targets, both annually and monthly
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales initiatives
  • Ensure agreed objectives and initiatives are executed
  • Negotiate on trading terms and promotional activities

skills and requirements

  • Excellent Key Account management skill which includes good relationship with the major chain stores, convenient stores or other sales channels in Hong Kong is highly required
  • University graduate with 8+ years of sales and key account management, with experience servicing FMCG, luxury retail or beauty industry
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin are essential
