Boutique Manager / Boutique Supervisor (Fashion/ Watches & Jewelry)
We are recruiting candidates for worldwide luxurious brands in Fashion and Watch & Jewelry. To cope with their business expansion and store openings, we are looking for a Boutique Manager and Boutique Supervisor.
- Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning.
- To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target.
- Prepare weekly / monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues.
- implementation regarding to sales policies, procedures and customer services guideline.
- Re-view and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement.
- Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.
- A minimum of 5 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years’ at management level.
- Strong leadership, enterprical approach, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
