After Sales Service Executive (Luxury Brand)

Our client is a world renowned luxury brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a After Sales Service Executive to join the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Classification of repairs according to internal service charter
  • Prepare summary and individual Quality Report (QR form) for each case
  • Packing preparation of each repair case and return to QC team for further process
  • Follow-up on repair progress with QC team
  • Cases filing / classification for record
  • Contact customers for quotation and confirmation of repair
  • Follow–up and update customers on repair progress / status
  • Contact customers for collection of repaired items
  • Dealing with urgent last minute jobs / requests

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above with 2 years related experience
  • Possess a strong caliber in communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • Fast learner and good team player
  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
