Solution Engineer – Advanced Solutions & Services

Location: Quarry Bay


  • Focus on collaboration and customer-centric solutions
  • Cross-platform system proof-of-concept setup and implementation
  • Provide quality implementation and support services to customers
  • Activities include customer requirement analysis, implementation planning, system configuration and setup, fault isolation


  • University graduate in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines, with 1 years experiences in data, voice, collaboration or media related field
  • Technical background on voice-related or customer-centric solutions is a plus
  • Solid knowledge and experience on any of the following domains: Contact Centre, Voice Recording, Mobility, Virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Citrix), video, CRM is a plus
  • A good team-player with strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is a plus
  • Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and solutions
  • Experienced candidate will also be considered as Senior Solution Engineer
