Job Description

Service Renewal Coordinator

Location: Quarry Bay

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for renewal contract administration
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to prepare necessary resources and documents to support the end customer
  • Perform customer serving function

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Services field
  • Proficiency in computer applications such Excel and Word
  • Self-driven, good communication skills, result-oriented and can work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Renewal Coordinator
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
