Location: Quarry Bay

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team of broad administrative experience.

The role is based on general administrative and reception duties, although there are additional administrative tasks of varying importance to support members of our management.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and assisting queries
  • Greetings business partners and customers
  • Coordinating with service providers for the best quality of service
  • Bills payment and central filing
  • Inventory control (including pantry utensils, stationery replenishment etc)
  • Other general administrative all rounder duties


  • Education background diploma preferred
  • Professional telephone manners
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese processing applications
  • Reliable, responsible and organized
  • Immediate available preferred
