Job Description

Customer Care Executive

Location: Quarry Bay

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in liaison and negotiation with customers on service contract renewals
  • Responsible for the preparation of service package and manage contracting administration
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outsourcing partners to prepare for necessary resources to support the customers
  • Highly customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude in result-oriented service manner
  • Delivery courtesy caring service to strategic accounts, such as regular and ad-hoc visiting

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education in Business Discipline
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Customer focus, strong interpersonal, writing skill and good working attitude
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Computer Skills (Excel/Word)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Care Assistant
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
