Administration Officer


  • Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of business reporting projects
  • Manage the office administration system
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into specifications
  • Co-operate closely with cross departments & retail shops to ensure the smooth daily operation
  • Provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support
  • To assist the Manager in handling daily administrative duties
  • To assist in other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever necessary

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years clerical experience, preferably in Jewellery industry
  • Experience in administration field is definitely a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Initiative, detailed-minded and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Word and Excel
  • High accuracy in work
  • Immediate available is preferred
