Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Part time)


  • Handle daily counter services and establish good customer relationship
  • Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries 
  • Prepare service orders, quotations and other billing issues
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Liaise with internal technical staff on repairing progress


  • From 5 or above 
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service preferably in the front line customer service
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
