Job Description

Project Officer (Quantity Surveying)


  • Assist PJM(QS) in cost planning, estimating, cost control, procurement management,construction cost management
  • Support PJM(QS) in co-ordination with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all projectrelated activities
  • Assist PJM(QS) contract administration, audit checking, compliance, valuation, financialmatters etc in asset enhancement projects and operation repair/maintenance


  • Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in full spectrum of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably working inconsultancy firm, developer or asset management company
  • Work experience in alteration and addition projects and building repair/maintenance isnecessary
  • Able to build and maintain good working relationship with all project stakeholders
  • Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
