Job Description

Project Officer (Compliance)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct condition survey & feasibility study
  • Assist to prepare the cost estimate for projects
  • Assist senior management to conduct site supervision
  • Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from inter-departments, consultants, contractors andany relevant parties of the project
  • Monitor site progress & evaluate performance of the consultant/contractor
  • Maintain filling system for all correspondences on fire safety directions

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Engineering and Management or relateddisciplines
  • Minimum 2 years post experience preferable gained in property developer, consultancy firm orproperty management company
  • Experience in work design, project management is preferable
  • Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures; experience in A&Asubmission/approval procedure is preferable
  • Knowledge of IT related facilities management platform and project programming & planningsoftware
  • Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
