Maintenance​ Surveyor (Compliance)


  • Supervise front line Clerk of Works and outside contractors for repair works for building
  • Coordinate and monitor repair works
  • Conduction survey, checking of spalling repair works, structural works, builder works, fitting outworks, report, interpret and record concisely
  • Conducting periodic review and update of maintenance procedures and systems to ensureservice quality and work standard
  • Assist in handling enquiries, procurement and budget estimation
  • Monitor the implementation of compliance works and to ensure the projects are completedwithin the pre-determined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specificationrequirements and government regulations
  • Liaise with other parties and departments for providing technical support for promotion eventsand activities


  • Degree holder in building surveying / building studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience building consultant or project management
  • Good presentation, investigation and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Well familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
  • Experience in site control & monitoring is an advantage
