Job Description

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform frontline Customer Service Counter operations
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
  • To provide support in various promotional activities

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality industry, preferable in propertymanagement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possession of Security Personnel Permit will be an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive, good manner, cheerful and customer-oriented
  • Wear uniform and shift duties are required (9 working hours /shift)
  • Working Location: Lok Fu / Tuen Mun
