Student Services Assistant/Senior Student Services Assistant (Post Ref.: 18/298/CT)

The appointee will be required to (a) assist in the administration of the financial assistance schemes, scholarships and awards for students; (b) assist in the organization of the Annual Awards Presentation Ceremony; (c) assist in the maintenance of the Student Services Centre’s website as well as various online social media and databases; (d) perform clerical duties; and (e) other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) at least two years’ relevant working experience, preferably in administration or marketing; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese; (iii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) a high level of competence in webpage and online social media production, design and promotion, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing; and (v) strong sense of responsibility and good liaison skills with students.  Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
