The Faculty of Arts ( offers the best of liberal arts education to students who join us to pursue one of our distinctive BA (Hons) degrees. The Faculty encompasses seven Arts Departments, two language centres and several research centres. To foster innovative thinking and creativity, the Faculty will offer a new self-financed bachelor degree programme.

The appointee will be required to: (a) assist the Programme Director in planning, promoting and coordinating the new self-financed Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Animation and Digital Arts programme; (b) provide administrative and secretarial support to programme-level committees, student recruitment and admissions, and overall development of the undergraduate programme; handling student matters; (c) liaise with other departments and internal/external units; (d) organise events / activities; and (e) any other duties as assigned by supervisors. 


Applicants should have: (i) a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of solid experience in tertiary education sector or related field; preferably in academic programme management; (ii) good command of both Chinese and English; (iii) strong report writing ability and analytical skill; (iv) high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and webpage applications; (v) good communication and interpersonal skills; and (vi) ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently, be well organized and a good team player.

Salary and Benefits

Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
