Department of Applied Psychology

The appointee will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Department of Applied Psychology. The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing frontline service to staff and students; (b) assisting in duties related to course offering, add/drop exercises, examinations, meetings, etc; (c) organizing student activities, seminars, workshops, conferences and other teaching and research activities; (d) providing general administration support for the Department; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Applicants should have (i) post-secondary qualification; (ii) at least one year’s working experience, preferably in the higher education sector; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) a high competency in MS office applications; (v) a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) effective communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
