System & Application Support

Location: Hunghom


  • Provide daily emails and live chat technical support to end users
  • Collect user requests and bug reports for in-house software products
  • Understand and have knowledge in the technical issues raised by the customers, and be able to configure, trouble shoot and resolve their complex issues
  • Identify, isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
  • Perform software testing for our in-house products
  • Work closely with internal parties to increase customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
  • Be flexible with work schedule to accommodate customer needs after hours, weekends, and holidays as required



  • Holder of High Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • Solid experience in system, application & user support
  • 1 to 2 years of software testing experience desired
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player with good trouble-shooting and communication skills
  • Customer oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work outside office hours when required
