We are seeking a person who can assist in a busy Call Centre in a successful 5-star hotel.

Are you devoted to?

  • Provide heart-felt service and memorable experience to our guests
  • Assist our guests on the phone and bookings with a cheerful voice
  • Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize hotel revenue

Are you vibrant with?

  • Related Call Centre service experience
  • Good language and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Able to work cheerfully, follow policies and procedures
