SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations including backup, network and server monitoring
  • Provide IT help desk support to end users
  • Resolve problems on Windows Workstation and Server
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in technical support, network administration work and system operations
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft OS and Hypervisor environments and server application such as MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL and VMware
  • Proficient in security, networking and general backend applications management such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Kaspersky Anti-Virus and IronPort Anti-spam
  • Mature, positive and pro-active working attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
