Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining)

Location: Hong Kong

An upscale restaurant group with unique concepts and sound presence in Hong Kong is expanding their business, to cope with their expansion, they are now inviting a high caliber to manage their fine dining restaurant in Hong Kong.

Job Description
  • Responsible for restaurant's daily operation including team management, staff coaching, budget control and daily administrations
  • Ensure quality of food and services is consistently delivered to customers
  • Work closely with marketing team to formulate marketing strategies and plans
  • Identify business opportunities and implement creative business strategies to maximize business growth



The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience managing fine dining restaurants
  • Outgoing, high energy, analytical, creative, strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Must possess fundamental computer knowledge and being able to generate reports
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
