Receptionist/ Administrative

Location: Hong Kong

Receptionist/ Administrative

Salary HK$18,000- HK$22,000



Duties :
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including handle incoming calls, answer enquiries and clients greeting
  • To perform administrative support duties
  • Manage meeting room bookings, and keep office space, conference room clean


Requirements :
  • IVE / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder
  • 1-2 years' customer services experience in Hotel and Airline preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills, good time management, detail-oriented, hard-working and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • 9 hours per day, Monday - Friday
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
