Manager/ Assistant Manager - Business Development

Location: Hong Kong

About our Client

Our client is a well-known conglomerate with a diversified business porfolio worldwide. To support their investment and business growth in APAC, they are now looking for a Manager/ Assistant Manager to join their Business Development Department.



About the Role


Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible for supporting company's business plans and connecting with institutional parties for investment opportunities to develop new revenue streams. You will work closely with different stakeholders and internal business units, indentify room for business growth and generate business proposals for senior managment. You will also work with other parties on financial modeling, due diligence, legal documents review and financial analysis.



About the Person


To qualify, the successful individual must process:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development for sizable corporations
  • Experience in investment analysis and reviewing legal documents is a must
  • Exposure/ track record in renewable energy, construction and healthcare is a plus
  • Strong business acumen required
  • Independent, able to multi-task and cope with pressure
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Frequent traveling is required
