Assistant HRIS Manager

Location: Hong Kong

About the Client:

Our client is one of the largest retail and reputable group within its industry. A need of Assistant HRIS Manager has arisen within its corporate HR team, to handle new HR system projects. This is a permanant role.

About the Role:

Report to the Head of HRIS, you will handle all HR system related projects and matters within the HR dept including define project scopes, conduct related requirement studies, budget planning, vendor selections, handling re-engineering processes, able to handle change requests, system testing for users,etc. You will also require to maintain stable and close working partner relationships with internal clients and external service providers and vendors.

About the Person:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in implementing and maintaining information system
  • Previous experience in retails, F&B, FMCG, or other sizeable population environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Oracle PeopleSoft, talent management solutions, and other Business Intellgents
  • Outgoing and presentable, interested to work in a pleasant and dynamic working environment
