Job Description

Corporate Service Executive (Telesales)

Location: Quarry Bay

Job Duties:

  • Explore new business opportunities, conduct cross-selling, and up-selling solutions to customers via the phone and e-mail
  • Actively understand customers’ business model and their needs
  • Identify and implement sales strategies to reach business objectives
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship with assigned key account
  • Cooperate with internal departments to achieve the requirements of customers
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


  • Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferable in banking / IT / CS field
  • Detail-minded, independent and well organized
  • Highly customer-focused and sales result-oriented
  • Professional telephone manner is a must
  • Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude will also be considered
