(Senior) Travel Retail Executive

Location: Asia-Hong Kong

Key responsibilities


·         Generate sales reports

·           Monitor and analyze clients’ performances, make suggestion to push sales

Order Management and delivery:

·         Attend showroom buy with clients

·         Provides input for product ordering, product mix and assortment

·         Follow up on showroom orders, reorders and monitor deliveries

·         Follow up on non-selling merchandise orders (uniform, packaging, display tool, GWP, etc)


·         Brand and product training across DF partners

·         Prepare training plans and materials


·                       ·           Ensure VM is up to brand’s standard

  ·                       ·           Keep track on defective issues

·                       ·          Press clippings

·         Performing other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs;



·         Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ working relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry

·         Detailed, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

·         Proficient in MS Office & Excel (ex: Vlookup and Pivot Table)

·         Good organization and communication skills - Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Willingness for frequent travel

·         Less experience will be considered as Travel Retail Executive.
