Senior Sales - Hong Kong

Location: Asia-China-Hong Kong

Role Mission

This position is a more experienced sales associate who is capable of handling more complex duties. Provide basic trainings to new joiners on customer services and product knowledge and guide them to adapt to Company’s standards. Responsible for achieving sales target, providing quality customer services to customers and supervising in-store display activities.

 Key Accountabilities

  • To provide professional and quality customer services to customers
  • To possess excellent mix and match selling techniques and understand customers’ needs and preferences

  • To follow up customer’s request and provide feedback to superiors

  • To maximize the customer database by capturing as much customers’ information as possible

  • To coach new joiners on the Company’s customer services standards and product knowledge

  • To have collaborate with the team to maximize the daily sales target

  • To ensure that Store is in an impeccable condition at all times, i.e. to meets sanitary standards and requirements

  • To enhance and maintain the alertness of his/her team members to act as a deterrent to theft 

  • To perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 Key Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience preferably in fashion and accessories industry
  • Pleasant, outgoing and good communication skills
  • Service- and team-oriented
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
