Job Description

Senior Consumer Management Executive

Location: Asia-Hong Kong

Role Mission

This position is responsible for assisting the management on all direct marketing activities and events as well as preparation of reports and data analysis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and execute all in-store selling events and communications and ensure ROI is achieved
  • Manage and execute distribution of marketing materials to stores and customers
  • Monitoring of key CRM KPIs
  • Liaise with mall marketing teams ensuring information and materials are shared in a timely manner
  • Assist in identifying and develop partnerships with third parties for collaborations and database collection
  • Execute marketing campaigns redemption analysis
  • Work with Corporate office for DM tool planning
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for DM logistics
  • Develop and provide timely CRM reports for local and regional management review
  • Verify data performance to ensure accuracy of data collection
  • Perform regular checking of data accuracy of the database
  • Other duties may be assigned


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Marketing or CRM
  • CRM systems, knowledge of IT processes would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
