Job Description

Retail Trainer

Location: Asia-Hong Kong

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular field coaching and in-store training at boutiques to ensure satisfactory staff performance
  • Assist the Retail Training Manager in executing different training programs and training plans to frontline store staff
  • Deliver classroom training with merchandise focus, induction and luxury service training, for new joiners and frontline store staff
  • Coordinate training programs in line with corporate guidelines
  • Manage training calendar and records with related training reports
  • Responsible for administrations and logistics arrangements
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate with 3-5 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry
  • Proficient in both written and oral English and Chinese
  • Energetic with excellent presentation skills and communication skills, enjoying teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
