Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Asia-China-Hong Kong-Wan Chai

SUMMARY 

Manage all customers’ requests such as order taking, answering queries and questions, handling complaints, problem solving through different communication channels (telephone, Email, fax, chat, web) in order to deliver customer service excellence and maximize the business opportunity enhancing Kering brand portfolio.

Job Description

  • Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
  • Handle customer inquiries using different communication channels
  • Follow up on customer requests and queries
  • Manage and solve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Managing goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
  • Supporting sales events such as Buying Days, brands/product presentations
  • Map interactions’ information according to standard operating procedures
  • Participating to ad hoc sales-related activities and/or projects

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a B2B customer service environment
  • Proven customer facing experience
  • Sales experience within a controlled environment of advantage
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good working knowledge of Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash flows
  • Working knowledge of SAP of advantage
