Job Description:
Join a team that will help build the foundation for state-of-the-art technical and scientific solutions in the Private Bank across the globe; to support and execute upon ongoing and planned data analytics projects, combining data, technology and analytics as a disruptive influence.
As a Client Data Analytics Vice President, you will work as a member of a cross-functional team to develop, improve and implement best practices for data capture, analysis and visualization in the Private Bank.  You will be responsible for working with business and technology stakeholders to define, implement and distribute key insights and recommendations based on online and offline interactions. You’ll bring strong leadership skills and experience defining and evangelizing measurement frameworks for digital assets.  You have a passion for data and seek to gain deep analytical experience across a range of functions and products.
Key Projects include:
  1. Data Integration and Big Data solutions development across the JPMC enterprise
  2. J.P. Morgan Online banking analytics
  3. Marketing list management: process development and implementation; requirements and best practices
  4. Strategic (Data-driven) Targeting, Prospecting and Marketing
  5. Dashboard development across key channels
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Build strong feedback and tracking mechanisms for key analytics/business initiatives
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the data assets across the JPMC enterprise
  • Actively collaborate with technology to bring analytics pilots into production environments
  • Evolve and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital assets within the Private Bank
  • Work with the team to focus and prioritize the digital analytics agenda to align with overall strategy and business value
  • Partner with a variety of JPMC data, digital, technology and business colleagues to solve problems
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders to help drive the delivery to market

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing data across multiple channels
  • Great communication skills, team player, self-starter, demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management
  • Experience working with relational databases using SQL
  • Hands on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics / SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics)
  • Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper
  • Experience of Finance, Banking, or similar businesses a strong plus
