Position Summary


The Platform Business Manager Analyst role sits within Regional Senior Business Management team (RSBM) in the Private Bank business, you will develop a detailed understanding of the process and procedures, governance model, project management and business platform management and execution for Private Banking unit through the regional team.  Working in Business Management team, you will play an important role in managing run-the-bank work agenda and participate the growth of the business through new strategic initiatives and change management program.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Business Manager in managing run-the-bank business agenda, achieve overall business platform sustainability and contribute to different business improvement and strategic initiatives

  • Support the business platform through day-to-day support and maintenance of important business processes, which require collaboration with different departments in Private Bank business. 

  • Manage various key governance processes for the business including policies and procedures governance, regulatory reporting governance, outsourcing governance.  Support various operating and management committees and provide inputs to different governance body through production of key business metrics

  • Participate in multiple business initiatives driven by senior management and contribute in executing project deliverables and manage changes to existing business processes

  • Produce key business metrics, maintenance of different business inventory using Excel or SharePoint.  Gather business data and perform analysis using Excel to produce metric summary and produce management updates. 

  • Identify and fix issues, gaps and execute changes to the business processes to achieve efficiency and maintain the effectiveness of control measures


  • University degree
  • Approximately 3 years of work experience within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to change management / project and business management
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to details and timeliness. 
  • High productivity individual, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines independently
  • Keen to learn and proactive to take on new responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and build trusted relationships Sharp business acumen, articulate in written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving mindset, ability to take initiative to handle and resolve issues
  • Possess strong analytical skills.  Solid computer skills especially in Excel, knowledge in SharePoint site management and workflow will be an advantage
