JPMorgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds. 
Investment & Fund Operations Team is currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in Mongkok office, the team involves almost all major steps of fund administration , transaction cycle and vendor management. 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform cash/ securities/ portfolios reconciliation versus custodian’s and/ or counter-party’s records
  • Monitor the timely updating of accounting entries
  • Liaise with both internal/external counter-parties for the resolution of reconciliation discrepancies
  • Monitor the feedback from various parties on the queries raised
  • Monitor the global custodian’s services
  • Conduct treasury deals confirmation
  • Take up ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
  • Cross support to other teams in local office



  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with some work experience preferably in fund accounting, operation and/or auditing
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and/or Access
  • Willing to accept challenges and change - a highly adaptive individual who embraces cross-functional rotation
  • Strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
  • Detail minded with good problem solving skill
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
