Industry Teams: working as part of a team on projects involving various financial products but focus on servicing clients within an industry. Our investment bankers help clients identify opportunities and develop strategies related to mergers & acquisitions, and capital structuring and raising, as well as commodity trading and hedging sometimes. Groups include: Consumer, Retail and Healthcare, Diversified Industrials, Financial Institutions Group, Energy, Real Estate and Technology, Media and Telecom.
Product Teams: Product teams execute transactions across a variety of industries but specialize in a particular financial instrument or product. Groups include: Equity Capital and Derivative Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions.
As a seasoned senior banker with extensive client coverage and distribution experience, you will demonstrate good business acumen and proven track record in developing clients and marketing total business solutions. You will be responsible for supporting an outstanding network of relationships with corporate and institutional clients that lie at the heart of our Investment Banking franchise. Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients under coverage and explore new business opportunities with new clients.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Work with the financial solutions and execution teams to advise clients on integrated financial solutions including pre-IPO, IPO, leveraged finance, capital raising, corporate financing and other financial advisory.
Follow up and coordinate all deals and requests from clients and coordinate with the Financial Solutions, execution and other internal teams, as well as external professional consultants.
Provide timely market information
Participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients.
As circumstances may require, lead and/or participation in execution meetings with support of execution/product departments
Proficiency in one or more general purpose language
