The Role:
J.P. Morgan is seeking talented candidates for a position as a Strategy Vice President in our Corporate & Investment Banking Strategy Group. The group functions as an internal consulting group and works on a project basis to address topics at the top of senior management agendas. This role will provide the opportunity to work on many initiatives across the Corporate & Investment Banking organization.

Projects include developing international growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry, strategic business deep dives, strategic investments, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, setting technology and operations strategy and acquisitions/divestitures. Our focused group of professionals is composed of top performers from top strategy consulting firms, investment banks, other internal JPMorgan Chase groups, and top undergraduate and graduate programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support group on projects identified by senior managers of the Corporate & Investment Bank
  • Gather, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings
  • Financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Execute creative analyses and provide insight to identify issues and arrive at recommendations
  • Develop strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Monitors industry trends and shares insightful reports/ analyses/ news articles with broader team and with senior executives
  • Coach and mentor other team members
  • Create and/or contribute to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility
  • Simultaneously work on multiple projects
