The JP Morgan Hong Kong Risk and Performance reporting team provides a range of services to institutional clients based around the Asian region. Reporting to VP – Head of Risk and Performance the role will be responsible for the day-to-day production, validation and delivery of all agreed deliverables for clients in Asia.

This role will involve working closely with the Client Service & Relationship Management teams and is responsible for the monitoring, reporting and advocating continuous improvement of client delivery, post implementation reviews of client on-boarding & restructures, pipeline management, operational controls together with risk self assessment and the execution of all client/operations/risk initiatives affecting Hong Kong Operations Group. Also close collaboration with the product team will be required.
Produce Risk and Performance reports for client in Asia. Obtain data and provide analysis in accordance with established procedures and requirement to maintain production tools and prepare reports for clients. Communicate with clients on fundamental reporting and day-to-day requests. Liaise with various JP Morgan internal departments to resolve any critical client issues. Support key projects and may lead smaller projects.
Identify product gaps or product enhancement opportunities based on client feedbacks and market intelligence, including developments in performance reporting standard or industry practice that will affect JPMorgan’s investment analytics product offerings or competitive advantage.
Participate in standard referential documentation including product definition, product slip sheet and RFP responses; create and maintain standard Accounting Related Service Agreement and Service Level Document through collaboration with legal and product management.
Provide sales support for investment analytics products. Work with Relationship Management and Sales team in understanding the overall sales strategy toward the prospective client; introduce JPMorgan investment analytics product offerings to the prospect; discuss and clarify prospect’s service requirements; assist RFP team in drafting and reviewing RFP responses; review non-standard product requirements with senior product manager and support accounting operation in defining the service level agreement.
University graduate with major in Finance/Accounting preferred
- 3+ years finance or investment experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Experienced in dealing with clients especially answering inquiries and explaining calculation methodology.
