- Inward and outward clearing cheque processing and reconciliation
- Giro payment and high value payment processing
- Reconciliation between product systems and general ledger
- Provide assistance for any inquiry from overseas processing hubs
- Assist business initiatives, new product rollouts, process improvement from Operations perspective
- Identify and escalate any technology and process issues and gaps to ensure the team operates in a controlled and robust environment
- Provide client with excellent client services.
Essential Skills / Experiences
- Banking experience on officer level in Banking Operations
- Can work under pressure. Work overtime and holiday support by rotation is required
- Work and resolve problem independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with other business partners
- Ability to multi-task, identity priority issues
- Good grasp of risk and control
- Good understanding of end-to-end operating flow on paper cheque, giro payment and wire transfer
