Roles and Responsibilities:
Equity Structuring across Asia Pacific. The Team is focused on delivering global structured equity products into all client types in Asia, as well as developing Asia products for global clients
Key function includes
·         Product development : Equity Index, Single Stock, fund, ETF, including multi-asset hybrid linked payoff pricings and tweaks innovation
·         Pricing / Execution : familiarize with internal booking, pricing model, and legal / compliance angle of trades documentations
·         Marketing : work on marketing materials and partner sales to market and present product idea, identify opportunity
·         Maintenance : comply internal control requirement to conduct business

  • Experience working within an investment bank
  • Demonstrable proficiency with market and product lingo. Well versed in the quantitative nature and framework of own product (e.g., pricing, models, etc)

  • Understands the different types of risk and can discuss in detail ways of managing these risk
  • Thoroughly understands drivers of relevant markets and can explain and anticipate market movements

  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation, and be able to defend their validity and target messages to different audiences
