CIB - Business Resiliency – APAC Regional Resiliency Quality Manager – Vice President – Hong Kong

Location: HK-Hong Kong-Hong Kong-One Island East / 31141

As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Business Resiliency team, the incumbent will manage all Quality Management activities for the regional CIB Business Resiliency team, as well as contributing to the global Resiliency PMO team’s strategic objectives in support of the global CIB Resiliency team. Primary areas of responsibility are the regional Risk & Controls, Projects & Initiatives, Business Management, Reporting and Quality Assurance portfolios.  This role provides coverage for the APAC Resiliency Team as well as the Global Service Center Resiliency Team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the regional portfolio of risk issues and action plans; tracking and reporting status
  • Manage the regional data analytics, metrics and reporting portfolio
  • Manage the regional projects and initiatives portfolio; tracking and reporting status
  • Support Regional Resiliency Manager and global Program Management Office objectives in all areas, e.g.
    • Team governance, business management and financials
    • Policies, standards, guidelines and procedures reviews
    • Process review, development and improvements
    • Compliance metrics, reporting and data analytics
    • Exception reporting and follow ups
    • Risk, audit and regulatory reviews
    • Quality assurance reviews (RCSA substantiation)
    • NBIA, TPO and ATC reviews
    • Recovery site and seat management maintenance
    • Client requests for information

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the firm/business
  • Business and Project Management
  • Risk and Controls knowledge
  • Business Resiliency experience preferred
