The Team
The Regional Content Marketing team aims to create and promote relevant and impactful content to engage our clients and drive awareness and recognition of our brand and our capabilities that include Market Insights, investment strategies and product solutions.
The Role
The Head of Content Marketing APAC will lead the best practice approach to reach target audiences through engaging content and promotion strategies.  The person should be genuinely passionate about client-focused content marketing, and very experienced in synthesizing data and insights to create and promote content.
The role will develop strategies to amplify content through optimization of global and regional expertise and leverage of owned, paid and earned media. Content will be in different formats from printed materials to video or infographics for events, campaigns, digital and social media activities.  This role will be responsible for content effectiveness where metrics shall be established to track the impact and keep improving the quality.  Content marketing strategy will evolve and help build lasting client relationships, gain access to prospective clients, increase client engagement and powerfully differentiate our brand from the competition.
Reporting to the regional CMO, this role will be part of the Regional Marketing Management team.  
  • Responsible for development and implementation of content strategy to promote our thought leadership, investment capabilities and product solutions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and partners within the firm across the globe to deliver content that covers market, economy, investment strategies, asset classes and product solutions
  • Manage and oversee the overall marketing content calendar and keyword research; coordinate content production, and drive regional themes and campaigns
  • Partner with Digital and related teams to coordinate efforts around definition, discovery and scoping of content infrastructure development
  • Establish measurement to evaluate content efforts to improve client outreach, awareness, adoption and client engagement, and link back to business drivers; partner with Digital team to track and report across the digital ecosystem
  • Continuously enhance editorial style guide aligned with the brand proposition
  • Deep experience with content marketing and demonstrated understanding of the go-to-market approach across paid, owned, earned and digital platforms
  • Ability in distilling dense topics and bringing technical concepts to life; infusing personality into content and framing narratives for different target audiences on different channels
  • Strong brand, creative and analytical skillset with ROI orientation
  • Appreciation for the complexities of supporting a variety of internal stakeholders across multiple businesses; ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across levels and countries
  • At least 5 years of financial services experience with a good understanding of the mutual fund industry and the investor behaviour
  • Broad understanding of SEO, SEM, video, digital media and social channels with a proven track record of developing successful multi-channel content activations from strategy through execution
  • Experience in creating metrics to evaluate and improve content impact across channels continuously; able to operate standard analytics programs such as Google Analytics
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; Responsible and accountable
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding, fast paced environment, and handle multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output
  • Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities based on unexpected business demands
  • Capable of developing, retaining and motivating talented and productive staff
