Team Background
We are looking for a Client Services Executive with experience working in the servicing and financial sector to join our team responsible for Client Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and be responsible primarily for the daily servicing of our Hong Kong retail clients, with the potential to expanding their responsibility to servicing the broader region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle clients’ enquiries and requests via phone, written correspondence and sometimes meeting in person
  • Liaise with the operational teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
  • Handle client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain the contact management tool (CRM) logging clients’ activities
  • Compile client regular reports and internal senior management reports
  • Manage and log client complaints ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to
  • Handle deal checks and confirmations
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
  • Support and provide information to key stakeholders across the business whenever necessary 
  • University graduate with minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in financial industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate in delivering exceptional client services
  • Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Fluency in verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
  • Will be required to pass HKSI Paper 1
