TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER – European MNC waterproofing system/brand owner/building/civil/construction
Location: Within Hong Kong
German multinational supplier and brand owner of waterproofing systems, sealing and refurbishment systems for building construction, civil engineering, tunneling and underground works in HK, China and SE Asian countries – our newly opened HK office is the regional office of Asia - we are looking for a TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education preferably in Engineering, Civil, Construction or related disciplines
- Several years of professional experience in the processing or distribution of consulting-intensive products.
- Experience in civil engineering projects located in Hong Kong is highly prefer
- High professional and personal commitment
- Independent, structured, target-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English/Cantonese knowledge
- From our office in Hong Kong you look after existing customers in HK, PRC and SE-Asia, but also actively carry out new acquisitions.
- You'll advise our customers on the selection of our products and applications, pursue the further development and cooperation with the customer.
- You are responsible for the competent technical advice of our customers with the aim of optimal use and sale of our products.
- You'll organize and hold presentations in front of customers, at the customer's or at the Company's premises.
- Quotation and follow-up until the conclusion of the contract
- Contract negotiations
- Accompanying trade fair activities, participation in trade fairs or exhibitions
- Carrying out marketing campaigns
- Observing the market and the competition
- Customer demand, market and competitor analysis
- Information and technical advice to clients and planning offices
- Active development and expansion of customer relationships in the technical area as well as in the procurement departments.
- Intensive travel in Asia region
- As part of corporate strategy, you are responsible for planning and achieving your sales goals.
