SALES COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE – US electronic component distributor/trading/5 days
Location: Within Hong Kong
US electronic component distributor and wholesaler with regional office in Hong Kong taking care of Asia Pacific market including HK, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore etc – we are looking for a SALES SUPPORT – with details as follows :
- Diploma holder/Post secondary education
- 1-2 years Sales Co-ordinate/Customer Service/Account Servicing experience
- Experience in electronics is a plus
- Good PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Responsible for new order processing and order management for Assigned Account Sales team
- Handling inquiries and after sales service from Assigned Account customers
- Co-coordinating with various parties in USA/HK to ensure customers' requirement are met
- Other duties as assigned/required
- No trips needed
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- 13 months salary
