REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – European MNC lingerie accessories/garment trims/5 days

Location: Within Hong Kong

European MNC garment trims manufacturer for own brand with regional office in HK and factory in Zhongshan – this post will focus in lingerie accessories mainly hook and eyes for lingerie fashion brands and markets globally  – we are looking for a  REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – with details as follows : 
  • Tertiary education is preferable
  • Direct experience of the lingerie accessories or garment trading / manufacturing;
  • 3 years or above years of successful sales experience of overseas markets or famous brands;
  • Experience in lingerie accessories selling to lingerie brands or customers is a plus
  • Experience in US market/brands is highly prefer
  • Experience in hooks and eyes for lingerie brands of fashion brands/customers is an advantage
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills in verbal and written
  • Good business sense, learning potential, goal driven, schedule sales activity; demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluent English & Chinese speaking and writing is a must.
  • Report to the Global Sales Vice President
  • Responsible for promoting lingerie accessories (hooks & eyes) mainly to US market/brands/customers
  • Identify, contact and prospect potential clients and turn them into customers.
  • Present and promote the company and the novelties & product range to customers.
  • Develop strong relationship with potentials, customers & markets.  Regularly visit overseas customers.
  • Develop a monthly/annual Revolving Sales Forecast/Budget and win the orders from potentials, customers & markets.
  • Maintain clients' satisfaction, in collaboration with Operations, R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database, maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
  • Work independently with no direct subordinates; but with the potential of setting up a small sales team of 2-3 members in future
  • Frequent trip to Zhongshan factory, China major cities and overseas countries
  • 5 days work
