PROJECT/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR - IT solution/System integrator/multimedia/data communications
Location: Within Hong Kong
Leading IT solution provider and systems integrator in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in implementation of large-scale data communications, multimedia and IT projects. Customers including but not limited to government departments, public infrastructure, transportation systems and large enterprises in Hong Kong and Asia – is looking for a PROJECT/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – with details as follows :
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 2 years related experience
- Self-motivated and responsible and willing to learn
- Well-organized and able to perform multi-tasks
- Pay attention to details
- Provide sales administrative and logistic support to Operations Department
- Provide project administrative support
- Prepare fault log reports
- Co-ordination of course application and arrangement
- Assist in general reception duties, such as answer telephone calls
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
