MARKETING EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT – US MNC medical equipment brand owner/distributor
Location: Within Hong Kong
US multinational medical equipment brand owner and distributor – we are looking for a MARKETING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education
- Studies in Marketing/Communications/Business is a plus
- Excellent in Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT)
- 2 to 5 years experience in administrative or marketing duties
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Dedicated, self-motivated, and works independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office
- Report to the Marketing Manager
- Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, and create promotional programs to support sales goals
- Coordinating with cross functional teams to execute marketing and promotional programs
- Tracking and analyzing the progress of brand sales performances and marketing programs to present reports to management
- Liaise and maintain relations with manufactures to support marketing programs and collaborate in building stronger brand sales performance
- Preparing price sheets and product price calculations based on manufacture costs
- Collaborating with design team to develop marketing collaterals for website, promotional mailers, events, etc
- Organizing and coordinating marketing events including tradeshows, professional seminars, product training sessions and other activities
- Annual leave : 12 days
